HENTIKAN TINDAKAN PENGHAPUSAN MAZHAB SYIAH
GOMBAK: Serangan terhadap anggota-anggota Syiah, khususnya di daerah Gombak, semakin menjadi-jadi sejak akhir-akhir ini.
Ar-Ridha, sebuah pertubuhan bukan kerajaan (NGO) mengesyaki serbuan oleh Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor (Jais) dan diikuti dengan serangan bertalu-talu daripada beberapa pihak media tempatan merupakan satu perancangan yang tersusun dan berniat jahat.
Kelmarin, sekumpulan kira-kira 40 anggota Jais dengan kerjasama Polis Diraja Malaysia menyerbu majlis makan tengahari dan kesenian di Dataran Rakyat, Taman Sri Gombak, dekat Kuala Lumpur bersempena memperingati hari ulangtahun kelahiran Sayyidatina Fatimah Az Zahra, puteri Rasulullah saw.
Ar Ridha mengesyaki, ini merupakan satu perancangan yang bertujuan untuk melumpuhkan program dan aktiviti pencinta Ahlul Bait Rasulullah saw kerana serbuan ini dibuat susulan dari dua artikel yang terbit di akhbar Berita Harian yang memburuk-burukan Mazhab Syiah.
Akhbar tabloid Kosmo pada 25 Mei 2011, menerbitkan sebuah berita berunsur fitnah pada muka hadapan bertajuk "Ajaran sesat nikah kontrak" dan diperpanjangkan beritanya pada muka surat enam.
Pada muka enam akhbar itu membawa berita bertajuk "Pemimpin ajaran sesat ditahan", mengenai penangkapan empat anggota Syiah pada majlis makan tengahari dan kesenian itu serta wawancara bersama Ketua Penolong Pengarah Jais, Mohd Rais Rasid.
Serangan terhadap Mazhab Syiah juga dilakukan oleh akhbar arus perdana, Utusan Malaysia pada 25 Mei 2011. Pada muka surat 29 akhbar itu membawa tajuk berita "Ajaran Syiah ancaman serius".
Ar Ridha memandang serius terhadap serbuan dan serangan ini yang disifatkan sebagai satu bentuk provokasi dari pihak Jais dan media tempatan terhadap pengamal ajaran Ahlul Bait, bukan sahaja di sekitar Gombak tetapi di seluruh negara.
Dakwaan bahawa anggota-anggota Syiah berselindung di sebalik majlis makan tengahari dan kesenian itu untuk menyebar fahaman Syiah adalah tidak benar kerana di antara para tetamu yang hadir termasuk mereka yang bukan Melayu dan bukan beragama Islam.
Ar Ridha terperanjat dengan kenyataan Jais yang menyifatkan ajaran Syiah sebagai merbahaya sedangkan tindakan Jais lebih dilihat sebagai usaha halus untuk memecah-belahkan perpaduan umat Islam dan konsep 1Malaysia yang telah dipelopori oleh Perdana Menteri Malaysia-Dato’ Sri Najib Tun Razak..
Jais sepatutnya menumpukan usaha dan tenaga mereka untuk menangani masalah-masalah sosial yang lebih serius daripada mengganggu ketenteraman dan hak kebebasan bersuara dan beragama golongan minoriti Mazhab Syiah di negara ini yang telah termaktub dalam Artikel 11 Perlembagaan Malaysia..
Tindakan Jais dilihat sebagai satu usaha untuk mengalihkan pandangan rakyat daripada kadar jenayah sosial yang semakin tenat dan terus meningkat setiap hari yang gagal diatasi oleh pihak penguasa agama.
Jais harus menumpukan kegiatan membenteras gejala sosial, seperti bersekududukan tanpa nikah, perlakuan zina hingga melahirkan anak luar nikah berjumlah lebih 250,000 orang dan jumlahnya sentiasa meningkat.
Jais juga harus menangani gejala minum arak yang berleluasa hingga Malaysia mencatat rekod dunia sebagai sebuah negara dalam kumpulan 10 teratas paling ramai peminum arak walaupun jumlah penduduknya tersangat kecil.
Justeru itu, Ar-Ridha menggesa Jais supaya menghentikan tindakan penghapusan Mazhab Syiah di Malaysia yang bertentangan dengan Resolusi OIC yang mengiktiraf Mazhab Syiah. Manakala United Nation Assembly 1948, memperakui hak Mazhab Syiah. United Nation Assembly 1948 juga menyebut jenayah penghapusan Agama-Agama Dunia oleh mana-mana penguasa adalah sama dengan jenayah penghapusan Etnik.

STOP HOLOCOUST AGAINST MUSLIM SHIITE SECT IN MALAYSIA
Gombak: Bombardment against members of the Muslim Shiite sect by Malaysia Islamic Council under Selangor State Government (JAIS) by its new director (Marzuki Husin), are becoming more common lately.
Ar-Ridha, a non-governmental organisations (NGOs) suspected the raid by the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS) inexorable attack after another from various local media, is a structured plans and malicious.
A group of enforcement staff from JAIS – in collaboration with the Royal Malaysia Police and Selayang Municipal Council raided the luncheon, cultural and art activities at Dataran Rakyat, Taman Sri Gombak, near Kuala Lumpur in conjunction with the commemoration of the birth anniversary Lady Sayyidatina Fatimah Az-Zahra, the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad (PUH).
Ar Ridha suspected, the conspiracy plan were aims to paralyse the luncheon organized by Ahlul Bayt Community (Shiite Sect) following of two newspaper articles published in the Daily News -
Kosmo tabloid newspaper on May 25, 2011, contained defamatory story on the front page titled "Misguided doctrine of marriage contract" and continued the news on page six in same tabloid.
On the page six of the newspapers carried news on "deviated religious leader arrested", the four Shiite sect followers arrested at the luncheon, art and cultural activities as well as interviews with the JAIS Assistant Director - Rais Rasid.
The attacks and bombardment on the Shiite sect is also done by the mainstream newspapers, Utusan Malaysia on May 25, 2011, on page 29 of the newspapers carried headlines "Threat of Shiite Sect."
Ar Ridha seriously viewed, the raid and defamotory attack as a form of provocation against Shiite Muslim Sect not only in the vicinity of Gombak, but throughout the country.
Allegations that SHIITE Muslim Sect had hidden motive behind luncheon, art and cultural activities to spread SHI’ITE beliefs to the guest , were not true as the function were attended by various races and religions.
Ar Ridha were stunned, statement made by JAIS that described the SHIITE doctrine as a dangerous act. JAIS is seen to divide the unity of Muslims and purposely destruct the slogan of 1Malaysia as initiated by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Razak .
JAIS should devote their efforts to tackle Muslims social problems more seriously, and stop provocating constitutional right - freedom of speech and religious rights of a minority SHIITE sect which are protected and enshrined in Article 11, Malaysian Constitution.
JAIS action is seen as an attempt to divert public opinion from the increasingly serious social crimes and continues to increase every day that failed to be addressed by the religious authorities in Malaysia.
JAIS should focus its activities to curb social ills, such as cohabitation without marriage, adultery and illegitimate child amounted to more than 250,000 child and the number keep on increasing.
JAIS must also deal with the widespread symptoms of alcoholic as Malaysia record in the top 10 countries of the world with most alcoholics even very small populations.
Thus Ar-Ridha, urged JAIS to stop provocation against constitutional right the SHIITE sect in Malaysia, and OIC resolutions – Amman Message 2008 that recognised the SHI’ITE sect in 88 OIC countries. United Nations Assembly, 1948, acknowledges the right of the SHIITE sect. UN Resolutions 1948, clearly declared Genocide Crime Act ( ethnic elimination, world religions elimination, languages elimination and world cultural elimination). Countries, authorities and individuals be convicted under the act.
