Wahhabi clerics prop up Saudi regime, deceive Sunni majority

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A political analyst says the Sunni majority of Saudi Arabia has been deceived by a Wahhabi monarchy that rules by fueling sectarian divisions.
Zayd Al-Isa, a London-based Middle East expert, said in an interview with Press TV that a “Wahabi Salafist establishment” gives religious legitimacy to the Al Saud regime, while a majority of Saudis are Sunni Muslims.
“And those people have been deceived for a long time by the Saudi regime’s claims that it is the guardian and the defender of Sunnis,” Isa said.
The analyst added that the popular uprising in the Arab world “shows that the Saudi regime is supportive of dictatorship; supportive of tyrants against the world of Sunni Muslims who are the dominant force in those regions.”
Isa described spreading sectarian divisions as the Al Saud regime’s defense to quell the Arab uprising.
He made the remarks days after a Saudi prosecutor demanded the death penalty for prominent Shia cleric Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr on charges of ‘aiding terrorists’ and ‘instigating unrest’ in the kingdom.
Sheikh Nimr was attacked, injured and arrested by Saudi security forces en route to his house in the Qatif region of Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province on July 8, 2012.
Isa described the charges as “groundless”, saying, “The evidence is always fabricated and it is extracted using the worst types of torture.”
“Those who are accused, particularly the Imam, have been denied any access to a lawyer or indeed to any legal representation,” the analyst added.
Since February 2011, demonstrators have held anti-regime protests on an almost regular basis in Saudi Arabia, mainly in Qatif and the town of Awamiyah in Eastern Province, primarily calling for the release of all political prisoners, freedom of expression and assembly, and an end to widespread discrimination.

Agensi Berita Ahlul Bait (ABNA.co) - Sambil memberi amaran keras tentang bahaya yang menimpa para ulama, Ayatullah al-Uzma Syeikh Makarim Syirazi menganggap pengadilan ke atas Hujjatul Islam Syeikh Nimr Baqir al-Nimr merupakan kosnpirasi baru pemerintah semenanjung tanah Arab.
Syirazi dalam pengajian Dars Kharij di Masjid A'zham, Qom pagi kelmarin menceritakan penangkapan beberapa tokoh dan penindasan terhadap masyarakat Syiah di negara ini dengan menyatakan, "Sejak akhir-akhir ini, kerajaan Saudi bertindak terlalu keras terhadap pengikut mazhab Syiah sambil menerapkan konspirasi atas nama memburu kumpulan perisik."
Mengenai hukuman mati dari pihak pendakwaraya untuk Syeikh Baqir, beliau berkata, "Ini adalah konspirasi terbaru sehingga para ulama dan pensyarah universiti di Saudi turut membuat pengumuman tentang konspirasi ini.
"Kerajaan Saudi sedang tertekan dengan gerakan pembaharuan dari dalam negara; ini disebabkan rakyatnya sudah mulai bangkit dan kesedaran mereka kian bertambah. Mereka terpaksa menuruti kedaulatan yang menjadi hak rakyat. Di luar Arab Saudi juga kita menyaksikan musim semi kebangkitan Islam telah bermula sementara pemerintah diktator satu persatu sedang mengalami kepupusan."
Tambah beliau lagi, "Saudi juga dianggap kalah dalam masalah berkaitan dengan Bahrain, Syria dan Yaman; atas dasar ini kerajaan Saudi cuba mengalihkan perhatian umum dengan memulakan permainan konspirasi ini. Atas nama penangkapan beberapa ahli kumpulan pengintip, mereka berusaha membohongi pemikiran rakyatnya, dan seluruh penyalahgunaan kuasa serta kepincangan pentadbiran mereka kaitkan dengan pengikut Syiah!."
Beliau turut memberi amaran keras kepada kerajaan Saudi dengan berkata, "Pemerintah Saudi hendaklah mengetahui bahawa pengikut mazhab Syiah di negara ini tidak bersendirian, percayalah, sebarang bahaya yang dihadapkan kepada mereka tidak akan menyebabkan Syiah di seluruh dunia, termasuk umat Islam yang bukan daripada kalangan Syiah akan berdiam diri.
"Pemerintah Al Saud tidak sepatutnya membayangkan individu ini dapat mereka hukum dalam mahkamah dan riwayat hidupnya dihabiskan sewenang-wenangnya; ini disebabkan pengadilan ini hanyalah sebuah pembohongan untuk mengalihkan pemikiran rakyat dari masalah dalam dan luar negara Saudi.
"Pemerintah Saudi hendaklah benar-benar faham bahawa Syeikh Nimr dan para tahanan yang bukan Wahhabi tidak akan berdiam diri sekiranya Syeikh Nimr dalam bahaya."
Mengenai isu layanan buruk kerajaan Saudi terhadap penziarah Iran, beliau mengulas, "Tindakan tidak berakhlak tidak hanya terjadi di Baqi' sahaja, bahkan mereka turut melakukan penghinaan terhadap warga Iran di dalam masjid Nabi (s.a.w) terutamanya ulama."
Sambil mengecam tindakan tersebut, Ayatullah Makarim Syirazi berkata, "Tidak ada sesiapapun yang bertanya kepada warga Saudi, apakah mereka ini bukan tetamu Allah?."
Menurut beliau, tindakan yang bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam dan undang-undang antarabangsa ini juga menyimpang dari seluruh prinsip kemanusiaan dan nilai Islam. Tambah beliau lagi, "Sudah banyak kali kami berkata, kamu sedang berkhayal. Apakah Madinah, Masjid Nabi, Masjidul Haram dan lain-lain lagi hanyalah milik peribadi sehingga kamu boleh melakukan apa sahaja yang diinginkan? Tempat-tempat suci ini kepunyaan seluruh umat Islam; dan kaum muslimin semuanya menganggap ziarah kubur adalah mustahab melainkan golongan Wahhabi."
Beliau turut bersetuju pembentukan jawatankuasa penjaga tempat-tempat suci ini daripada kalangan semua penganut agama Islam. Sudah tiba masanya OIC membentuk kumpulan yang bertanggung jawab menjaga tempat suci ini; alasannya memang sudah jelas, setiap sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan seluruh umat Islam hendaklah dijaga oleh mereka semua."
Ulama besar Syiah di Arab Saudi, Hujjatul Islam Syeikh Nimr Baqir al-Nimr baru-baru ini muncul dalam mahkamah atas tuduhan pengganas setelah 8 bulan ditangkap tanpa mengikut sebarang prosedur undang-undang.
Antara tuduhan yang dikenakan terhadap beliau ialah mencetuskan fitnah di Qatif, mengundang campurtangan asing dan mendukung konflik Bahrain. Sementara itu pihak pendakwaraya mengambil kesempatan untuk memohon hukuman mati terhadap beliau.

Agensi Berita Ahlul Bait (ABNA.co) - Berikutan permohonan pendakwaraya mahkamah Arab Saudi untuk hukuman mati terhadap Hujjatul Islam Syeikh Nimr Baqir al-Nimr, Ayatullah al-Uzma Alawi Gurgani telah mengeluarkan sebuah kenyataan penting.
Kenyataan ini menganggap bahawa tindakan sistem kehakiman Arab Saudi sebagai bertentangan dengan kemaslahatan umum umat Islam di seluruh dunia - termasuk Syiah dan Sunni -: "Kami meminta seluruh umat Islam di seluruh dunia terutamanya kaum muslimin di Arab Saudi agar menyampaikan lebih banyak protes anda terhadap 'tindakan ahli jawatankuasa kehakiman Saudi' kepada penduduk dunia."

Hujjatul SIlam Syeikh Nimr Baqir al-Nimr telah muncul buat pertama kalinya di dalam mahkamah setelah penangkapan beliau 8 bulan lalu atas tuduhan mencetuskan keganasan.
ABNA sebelum ini melaporkan pihak pendakwaraya telah membuat beberapa pertuduhan terhadap ulama tersebut seperti mencetuskan fitnah di Qatif, menarik campurtangan asing dan mendukung konflik di Bahrain.

وفقا لما أفادته وكالة أهل البيت (ع) للأنباء ـ ابنا ـ فقد أشار «سماحة آية الله العظمى الشيخ جعفر السبحاني» إلى الاتهامات الباطلة الموجهة لـ «الشيخ نمر باقر آل نمر» رجل الدين السعودي البارز، وقال مؤكدا: من الواضح أن هذه التهم ليست قضائية وإنما هي طائفية بامتياز.
واستدل سماحته بالحديث النبوي المشهور: "من سمع رجلا ینادي یا للمسلمین و لم یجبه فلیس بمسلم" قائلا: "إن تواجد الشيخ النمر في الحجاز وسيرته المبارکة ومشاركته الفاعلة بين أخواننا في العوامیة هي أكبر دليل على أنه رجل مصلح".
وأضاف: "إن هذا العالم المصلح انما اراد أن يسود الاستقرار في هذا البلد، لكن بشرط أن ينتهي استضعاف التشيع وأتباع أهل البيت(ع) وأن لا ينظر إلى الشيعة على أنهم مواطنون من الدرجة الثانية".
وأضاف المرجع السبحاني: "توجه اليوم تهمة التجسس إلى هذا العالم التقي الذي قضى عمره في التدريس والتبليغ، ويعلم الجميع أن هذه التهمة باطلة!"
وأشار سماحته إلى أن الأنبياء والصالحين طوال التاريخ واجهوا تهما من هذا القبيل فلم يتهم نبي الإسلام بالخيانة أو السرقة لأنه حياته كانت نقية لا شائبة فيها، بل اتهم بالسحر والكهانة وهي أمور يصعب إثباتها ونفيها.
وأضاف: "واليوم توجه تهم من هذا القبيل إلى الشيخ آل نمر وستة عشر من العلماء ومن الواضح أن هذه التهم ليست قضائية وإنما هي طائفية".
وفي الختام قدم سماحة أية الله العظمى السبحاني نصيحة لحكام آل سعود: "أقول لمسؤولي آل سعود لقد سلكتم منذ البداية وإلى الآن طريق الظلم ولم تحصلوا على النتائج، فعليكم أن تغيروا سلوككم وأن تتخذوا نهج العدل والأخلاق والمساواة ورعاية حقوق المواطنين الشيعة وبعدها سوف ترون تحقق النتائج التي تريدونها".
على السعودية الاعتذار من "الشيخ آل نمر"
وفي حديث لسماحة «أية الله العظمى الشيخ جعفر سبحاني» مع وكالة أهل البيت(ع) للأنباء ـ ابنا ـ قال فيه: "لقد اتهم حكام السعودية الشيخ آل نمر بتهمة التجسس وهو بريء منها، فعليهم تقديم الاعتذار لهذا العالم المدافع عن الدين والمخلص لوطنه".
وصرح سماحته في هذه المقابلة الخاصة: "في أي بلد لا يمكن أن يكون القاضي هو نفس المدعي، بل يجب أن يكون القاضي مستقل عن الادعاء العام، لكن القانون في السعودية وللأسف لا يراعي هذه المسألة، والقاضي لديهم هو نفس المدعي!".
المطالبة بإعدام الشيخ آل نمر
جدير بالذكر أن "آیة الله الشيخ نمر باقر آل نمر" رجل الدين الشيعي البارز المعتقل منذ ثمانية أشهر بشكل غير قانوني، مثّل قبل أيام أمام محكمة الجنايات الخاصة بالإرهاب في العاصمة السعودية الرياض.
كما ان ممثل الإدعاء العام وجه عدة تهم الى الشيخ النمر البالغ من العمر 55 عاما أهمها "إثارة الفتنة في القطيف"، و"الدعوة الى التدخل الأجنبي"، و"دعم الإضطرابات في البحرين"، وطالب المحكمة بإصدار عقوبة الحرابة بحقه مما يعني حكم الإعدام!

وفقا لما أفادته وكالة أنباء أهل البيت(ع) ـ ابنا ـ فقد أصدر «آية الله العظمى محمدتقي المدرسي» بياناً هاماً إثر مطالبة مدعي عام آل سعود بإصدار حكم الإعدام بحق «آیة الله الشيخ نمر باقر النمر».
وجاء في بیان هذا المرجع الدیني: "ندين بشدّة الممارسات التعسّفية لقوات الأمن والقضاء السعودي، ونهيب بالمؤمنين في كل مكان وخاصة العلماء الكرام بالعمل من أجل وقف مسيرة الظلم والجور بحق المؤمنين في المنطقة الشرقية، والدفاع عن حقهم المشروع في حياة حرة كريمة".

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
لا تزال قوات القمع في المنطقة الشرقية تمارس أبشع أساليب الكبت والقهر ضد أبناء المنطقة الذين يطالبون بحقوقهم المشروعة بالطرق السلمية، ولا يزال العديد من العلماء والشباب المؤمن يواجه أقسى العقوبات في السجون، لا سيما العالم الجليل سماحة آية الله الشيخ نمر باقر آل نمر حفظه الله الذي طالب الإدعاء العام ـ ظلماً وجوراً ـ إصدار حكم الإعدام بحقه وذلك بسبب تأييده للمطالبات السلمية بالحقوق المشروعة للمؤمنين عبر خطب الجمعة.
ونحن إذ ندين بشدّة الممارسات التعسّفية لقوات الأمن والقضاء السعودي، نهيب بالمؤمنين في كل مكان وخاصة العلماء الكرام بالعمل من أجل وقف مسيرة الظلم والجور بحق المؤمنين في المنطقة الشرقية، والدفاع عن حقهم المشروع في حياة حرة كريمة وفق كتاب الله وسنة الرسول وأهل بيته الطاهرين عليه وعليهم أفضل الصلاة والسلام.
یذکر أن محاكمة «آية الله الشیخ نمر باقر آل نمر» بدأت في الأسبوع الماضي بعد 8 أشهر من اعتقاله بأسلوب بشع، وطالبت هيئة التحقيق والإدعاء العام السعودية الغير مستقلة بتنفيذ حد الحرابة (الإعدام) له بعد أن وجهت له مجموعة من التهم المعلبة.
وعرف آية الله الشيخ نمر آل نمر في منطقته بإيمانه وورعه وتقواه ودفاعه عن المظلومين ويحتم عليه ذلك من خلال القيم والثوابت الدينية التي يراها سماحته من مسؤوليات رجل الدين. کما رأی آية الله آل نمر من واجبه الدفاع عنهم كمظلومين من الشعب والمتأمل لخطبه يعرف تماماً أنه دافع عن جميع المظلومين وطالب بالإفراج عن جميع معتقلي الرأي وحرية التعبير من الشيعة والسنة.
ومضى على اعتقال آية الله آل نمر أكثر من 240 يوم في السجن الإنفرادي ولا زال يتعافى ببطئ بعد الرصاصات التي أصابت
رجله من قبل القوات السعود.
Arrogant powers dictate to Saudi Monarchy: Indian Shia Scholar

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - In an exclusive interview with IRNA, Maulana Syed Jalal Haider Naqvi, President of Shaheed Mottahhari Society in New Delhi said: “The arrest and awarding death sentence to Sheikh Nimr and his associates, key proponents of equal rights for Shia and Sunni Muslims of Saudi Arabia, is an unprecedented and dangerous action by Saudi Monarch”. Saudi regime should desist to act on the dictation of arrogant powers, he added.
Applauding the courage of Al Nimr, who is also a key proponent of women’s rights in Saudi Arabia, the Shia scholar noted that Sheikh raised the voice against Saudi regime’s oppression and was asking for the fundamental rights. His fight has given hope to the oppressed of the country.
He urged the Saudi Muslims to stand against the forces working behind the scenes to create rifts between Muslim brethren. Raise voices against this barbaric treatment meted out to Al-Nimr and his associates. Condem the oppression of the Shia population.
Jalal, who is also the Joint Secretary of the Majlis Ulema-e-Hind, called upon the UN and peace loving nations to exert pressure on Saudi regime to set free Sheikh Al Nimr and his associates and also all prisoners, Sunnis and Shiites.
According to an estimate, Saudi Arabia has a Shia population of about 35 lakh, and the community has been living for centuries in the resource-rich Najran region since ancient times.
Sheikh Nimr Baqr Al-Nimr is an independent Shia Sheikh in al-Awamiyah, eastern province of Saudi Arabia.

The cleric had called for the release of all those detained in protests against the Saudi regime, and all the prisoners of conscience. His arrest sparked protests in Eastern Province.
According to Saudi activists, most of the detained political activists are being held by the regime without trial or charges.

To the Saudi Regime: Beware of the Syrian Spring

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Anyone following the current events in Syria moment by moment can only be fully certain and confident that these venerable successive events will not have but only one single happy end i.e. the victory of the Syrian people, led by President Bashar al-Assad, at the head of the common reform-oriented march, led by this president, who showed that he has ability, courage, wisdom and strength, the thing that the rulers of the modern world, or most of them at least, do lack.
There is no doubt that this is what will happen, and what will be achieved. This is the happy foreseen end regarding the Syrian situation, and reaching and achieved it is only a matter of time!!!
What we are going to witness in the near future is a victory for the opposing resisting Syria, both the government and people, and an overwhelming and thunderous defeat for the hordes of terrorism, those who are being funded and fully backed by the Arab worn and rotting regimes that betrayed their people and their homelands before betraying the nation.
Those agent regimes have nothing left to rely on but only their oil related funds, which are almost diminishing, and are certainly diminishing in the coming days. Those regimes are really intoxicated and harshly blind, not seeing that they caused the state of misery and despair experienced by the Arab and Muslim peoples.
If we are to be more accurate, we say: We are not talking here about a victory achieved by Syria in the near future, but we are talking about a victory that was devoted virtually and is due. In fact, Syria is currently living under its warm shadow, and precisely the time to -officially- announce it has not come yet. The Syrian people and the Syrian leadership are now putting the final touches on what they are preparing for celebrating the great resounding obvious victory.
Actually, Syria have survived the most dangerous global and universal conspiracy, and even the most multifaceted and complex one. The Syrian scarifying and resisting people have been able to bypass with their wonderful braveness the vigor of money and power, the severity of weapon and its might, the cunning and sneakiness of politics, and the misleading media and its fakeness. By doing so they broke under their feet all the despicable conspiracies that were hatched against them. Here is Syria today walking with confident steps towards salvation, to come back much stronger than before, and to return the strong, independent, able and unified Syria.
After all this hard deliverance, nothing remains but only to bring about the inevitable penalty, to turn magic against the magician, and to bounce the tails of that cosmic conspiracy against all those who plotted, planned, and instigated it, and all those who prepared for implementing it, drew its phases and colors, and funded it. All those who contributed to destroying Syria must be caught and punished, even if after a while...
In theory, what we are saying now is not an educated guess, and we are not here stoning what is unseen, and this is neither a dream, nor a wish.
